Machining micro parts requires specialized micro-machining, cutting tools, processes and techniques, as well as post-processing and inspection methods. the miniaturization of components has expanded and 10 micron level parts have come into use. Once micro machined, some parts are so small the only way to implement processing is to use special post-processing technology and non-contact measuring methods to inspect them.
